Jur Market Report #1 — Q4 2019

Jur AG (“Jur”) is publishing quarterly Jur Market Reports providing regular updates on the state of the market. This includes partnerships, institutional strategies, and relevant JUR token-related announcements. Jur, being a responsible stakeholder and a JUR token holder, has chosen to be transparent about its token management to keep the community and other contributors informed. The pledge to our contributors in the Jur Market Report #0 The current report refers to Q4 ’19 (September 2019 — December 2019). This first market report includes a month extra as the project launched the successful IEO at the end of August 2019. Token Distribution With the aim of ensuring a reliable future to the project, guaranteeing a progressive growth of the ecosystem, Jur is currently evaluating to extend the lock-in period of the core team and some amount of tokens regarding the business development, tech, and operations (current distribution policy in Jur Market Report #0). Expenditure Report In the past quarter, Jur did not sell JUR tokens for FIAT, besides making direct payment in JUR for the IEO marketing expenses, external collaborators and reward of community activities. The total amount has been 5.227.186,1 JUR equal to 61.116 USD value at the present market rate (1 JUR = 0,011692 USD). An amount of JUR equal to 1.223.463,59 will be used for rewarding the old bounties campaign and released over the month of January. The amount of JUR eligible for that reward is equal to 14.340 USD at today’s market rate (1 JUR = 0,011692 USD).
